Once upon a time, Kelowna was a tranquil community known for its beautiful weather, thriving tourism, retirement destination appeal, and reputation as a wonderful place to raise a family. Fast-forward to 2025 and all of that still holds true, only now our town has confidently grown into a vibrant city with more to offer than many of us ever imagined! It’s been exciting to watch, and even more meaningful to be part of.

It wasn’t long ago that the word really got out about Kelowna. In 2020 and 2021, we saw unprecedented real estate activity as plenty of new residents arrived, eager to call Kelowna their home. Since then, the demand and momentum for new developments has steadily been on the rise. Over the past five years, one of the most notable changes has been the shift toward apartment and condo living. Many new options have become available, and even more are on the way.

Some of the recently or nearly completed developments include Bertram, Movala, Savoy, Alma, Mara, and Aqua Waterfront Village, among several other impressive additions. With a growing emphasis on rental housing, projects like Kovo, 468 West, and The Arborwood Residences are also expanding the city’s rental property landscape.

And the growth isn’t slowing down. Kelowna has a long list of active projects for both owners and renters, including Delano, Nolita, Sole Bernard, 1355 St Paul, The Anacapri, Ascent, 1333 Bertram, 346 Lawrence, and many more. The possibilities truly feel endless!
