Mission

One of the city’s first neighbourhoods, the Mission area provides a delightful balance between rural farm land, lakeside luxury and peaceful suburban living. This neighbourhood is also home to many beaches, sports fields, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and even wineries, making it one one of Kelowna’s most versatile areas.

Glenmore

A delightful suburban neighbourhood located just outside of Downtown providing quick driving access to the rest of the city. This area has many different sized homes, gates communities, condos and apartments, as well as rural farming properties to give the neighbourhood a small town charm. Glenmore is home to many public parks, sports fields, bike paths and hiking trails, making it perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and active families.

South East Kelowna

Downtown

Nestled on the edge of the beautiful Okanagan Lake, Kelowna’s Downtown core is the most bustling area in town, home to many restaurants and bars, shops, public parks, the waterfront boardwalk, and so much more. This area offers a range of smaller family homes, condos, and apartments, giving you great access to the area and all there is to do in Downtown Kelowna.

Dilworth

Kelowna’s reputation for suburban scenery truly shines through on Dilworth mountain. Spall

With ongoing new condo developments popping up in this neighbourhood, Kelowna’s Spall area is bustling and central.

Rutland

One of Kelowna’s largest neighbourhoods, Rutland is central to many parks, schools, and amenities. Primarily suburban, Rutland offers a range of apartments, condos, single and multi family homes, all with immediate access to restaurants and shopping centres.
